Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Deposit: A £40 deposit (£25 for a limited time) is taken at booking to secure your appointment.
Deposit Usage: The deposit can be either:
Applied toward your final treatment cost or fully refunded, provided no treatments have been cancelled within 48 hours of any scheduled appointment (please note refunds will processed and paid back within 3 working days)
Non-refundable Deposit: If any appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used against final treatment.
